With more than a decade’s experience working in talent development, Kevin has grown as an instructional designer, trainer, and training manager in roles with the United States Peace Corps (Rwanda, 2009–2011) and multiple NYC-based non-profit and private organizations, during which time they developed and facilitated learning content on topics like navigating safety compliance, understanding business processes, using company software tools, applying principles of emotional intelligence to leadership, and embodying a culture of diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging.
