With more than a decade’s experience working in talent development, Kevin has grown as an instructional designer, trainer, and training manager in roles with the United States Peace Corps (Rwanda, 2009–2011) and multiple NYC-based non-profit and private organizations, during which time they developed and facilitated learning content on topics like: navigating safety compliance, understanding business processes, using company software tools, applying principles of emotional intelligence to leadership, and embodying a culture of diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging.
