APRIL SHOWERS (WHEN IT RAINS, IT POURS)

This spring has brought a couple of really fun opportunities to stretch myself as an actor. First, I spent my Easter at IRT acting opposite Wesli Spencer (Guildhall School of Music & Drama, London), Kara Young (Pretty Hunger, The Public Studio) and Pete Boisvert (co-founder, Nosedive Productions) in a radio play written by Ricardo Pèrez Gonzàlez with direction by Maya Evans and sound design by Mark Van Hare. It was a privilege to be called in again by Dreamscape Productions to work on great material with such awesomely talented people.

Then in April I got called in as a last-minute replacement for the lead in a workshop of a musical adaptation of the children's book Young Santa by Norwegian composer Tor Ingar Jakobsen and LA-based writer Abraham Tetenbaum. Thanks, Indiana, for making me do all that sight-singing!

The rest of the month, I'll be honing my on camera chops and expanding my toolkit with acting coach Darlene Violette. So excited to be taking the dive into TV/film with exciting new material!
